nI bought this cute Pendant necklace for my friend a few weeks ago because I love Joy's work (creator of loverlythings) and her prices compared to the other artists. This was my first purchase and I had asked her if it was at all possible she changed the chain from silver to gold. Within the day she responded that it was no problem and that she would be happy to do it. When I received the item in the mail it was gift wrapped in a decorated box with ribbons and little confetti and even more beautiful than the picture showed. I have never in all my online shopping days experienced a more considerate and friendly producer. Not only does she put in the extra work for her original pieces but she goes the extra mile to please the customers. There is no comparison when you have amazing work with excellent service. I would give Joy 5 ***** and I recommend her work to anyone who is looking for unusually beautiful pieces and original work. I will definitely be buying again!
